On one side it presents the Coat of Arms of Portugal (Latin shield with five escutcheons loaded with five bezants and bordure with seven castles, surmounted by a closed royal crown). On the opposite side, inside a stripe superimposed on a diagonal arrow, there are several inscriptions: “DE / LISBOA / R / L V / I / SEBAS / TIANUS / . A . . S . / 1575”
